1. You receive your daily orders. This is the sample customer order we are going to use throughout this step by step:

*Don’t add SKU 1888. DXBAY will automatically add it.
2. Go to
http://dxbay.com and login as a "member". If you do not already have a DXBAY
account and password, please register one.
3. Enter the orders in an Excel work sheet. You can put up to 50 individual orders in a single Excel worksheet. In the
worksheet, each row represents a package, and each column will contain the information essential to that order.
A. Start with a new excel sheet:
B. Enter the information for each order in the following format: (Sample
EXCEL or
CSV files)
… and so on for the third, forth products ordered (you can add a maximum of 20 different products here)
If an order needs to contain more than one product, then just repeat the SKU and quantity columns in the current
row. See sample files(
EXCEL or
CSV)for an idea of this.
C. If there are more than one order you need to create (which is likely the case), simply add the other orders on the next rows, with one row per order.

The above file contains only one order with one item (SKU 1459 x 1) in it. A more realistic file containing
multiple orders and multiple items per order looks the following:
D. To enable volume discounts on this site, use coupon code: BULKRATE (which is likely the case), simply add "BULKRATE" on the row with per order, looks the following:
4. After you got the Excel file entered, upload it to
http://dxbay.com
A. Click the Import button after you login
B. Then click browse to choose the Excel sheet.
C. Customize the options as needed . Then press the import button to import orders.
D. After imported, if there is any error marked in red, please modify the excel file data and import again.
E. You may review each deatils of each order by click order number:
F. Within 24 hours from payment (on a week day), you will be able to see packaging progress shown on the
DXBAY site. Simply click the [View] and Track link from the main navigation after you login to see the
individual status of each of your orders in a shipment. As soon as your package is being processed for shipment,
your customer can also go to http://track.storeasy.com(coming soon) to obtain the latest tracking result of their orders. If
you have integrated the DXBAY SOAP API with your e-Commerce website, your customers can directly
obtain the tracking information from your website. They don't even have to know about DXBAY!
